Goals

Life is filled with ups and downs and it seems that every time I start to feel that I’m winning, I get knocked down and I have to try again. Sometimes that means that my goals are harder to achieve or that I have to re-think my ambitions, but it doesn’t mean I’m giving up.

So no matter what the universe throws at me, I will continue to set goals; I will continue to strive to reach my goals; I will continue to dream new dreams.

Below are some of my simple, short-term goals. I will be working to update my bigger, long-term goals soon. (I guess that makes long-term goal setting a short-term goal!)

  • Run a sub-28 5K [DONE!]
  • Run a sub-60 10K
  • Run a sub-2:00 half marathon

  • Run the Inverness Half Marathon (March 9, 2014) [DONE!]
  • Run the Edinburgh Half Marathon (May 25, 2014) [DONE!]
  • Run the Inaugural Scottish Half Marathon (September 6, 2014) [DONE!]
  • Run the Loch Ness Marathon (September 28, 2014) [DONE!]

Travel and Adventure
